Bad news in emergency room. The employees. Had a negative experience.

Currently in the emergency room. Got here about 7:30pm still waiting!!! The time is now 6:30am the next day and counting. Those of us that are still waiting are waiting for x ray results to come back. Took X-rays at 2:00am. This is crazy!! Unacceptable! Update I didn’t get to see the doctor until 9am and left the ER at 4pm. Over twenty hours in the ER!!!! 😠

The level of professionalism from the er staff is very low. Whenever you walk in and go to the desk they respond as if you are disturbing their peace. There is no privacy when checking in they ask you what brings you in and keeps saying huh as if you are to announce it to the entire er room. The floor was covered in water and the er was packed it wasn’t anymore seats. I asked the lady at the computer could I sit in the other hall she never looked up from her phone scrolling on the internet and just said no. I asked if she knew where I could get a chair to have a seat still not looking up she said uhh a wheel chair! Never offered to help or get one! Don’t come to work if you are not willing to work especially in an er when people are sick! I left without receiving care and was seen somewhere else! Ingalls er had to do better the service has completely went down the drain well at least with the er staff.

Ingalls is a HORRBILE hospital... you ask the e.r people a question and they have a attitude and they play with people sickness they don't take you seriously at all. People will die sitting in the waiting room for HOURS...

I'm here now!, I've been left without water,food,no toliet paper, my urine sample has been in the bathroom going on 3days now!, I'm in extreme, extreme. pain right now! I've ask for a heating pad several days ago, still waiting but I was TOLD!, I'll be right back!...not!!! HORRIBLE!,THIS IS
On what department you complain about if it's a nursing issue you do. Nursing administrator or chief of staff or you can just do the administrator by the department you complaining about
My sister jus delivered.. 1 guest only ,cannot swap . Patient must test negative in order for guest to come\go ,if test is positive guest must stay entire visit or leave & not return

I would agree with you on their form of neglect ( since it happened to me on the 4th floor for several days ), this is better suited as a review.
Start with the city hall you were born in first. You might end up having to go to the state building as well.
