I went to drop off an appeal letter it's been about 2 weeks already and they haven't scanned it in to my case. Was not let in the office. Was treated as a prisoner or criminal would be treated. I didn't ask to be unemployed. I didn't ask to be put in this situation. Why should i have to go through this. Very bad service.
