My husband had gone into hospital with appointment to speak with speak to someone about issues. Instead they locked my husband up in a room for 2 days. Coming up with excuses. America is in trouble with this hospital. Yes. We will be pursuing a lawsuit.

TO EVERYONE WHO MAY ENTER THIS HOSPITAL PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR WELL BEING AND HEALTH. This has been by far the worst experience in the health care system in which I have ever encountered. The staff is insanely rude and short tempered. The ER is a joke. BEWARE!

The nurses are very very lazy and not attentive at all! Its a great embarrassment for Northwestern’s reputation! They need to hire better management to make sure their staff is doing their job! The room was filthy dirty and smelly. You buzz the bell, noone comes. I saw 3 nurses in the hall, called out to them.. 2 took off n the one nurse standing tells me, ill call your nurse which she never did n she was very rude and had a terrible attitude. Nothing gets replenished. I highly suggest, if they dont like their jobs(which they get highly paid for), go find another profession!

Just left ER room, clean, neatly organized, crowded with injuries and sick people! Staff seemed to have everything working well today from 330pm to 7pm!

Hello! Parking lot 5 is located directly behind the hospital, just south of Parking garage 3 and directly across the access road from Rehabilitation Services entrance.
Outpatient Labs are located near the Main Lobby of the hospital.
Should have the results in a day or two tops.
