I just had an awful experience at this location. I brought in an entire basket full of mostly name brand, some brand new, & clothes that were recently purchased from this store to sell too & back to them. I dropped it off & waited 4-5 hours for them to finish sorting through it. I returned & stood there and waited a good 5 minutes while they all proceeded to completely ignore me & pretend like they didn’t see me. (They’re was 6 people working behind the counter) I was the only person in the store. Anyways they only took ONE outfit, with was a brand new $40 puma outfit with the tags still on them & a pair of boots. They gave me $8. Then proceed to tell me they didn’t take anything else because things were stained & inside out. Which was absolutely not true. I even started pulling out some of the clothes (which were NICE clothes) to prove they weren’t inside out & definitely weren’t stained. The lady was insanely rude. I’ll never go back there. Half the stuff they sell IS stained & obviously a couple generations old. They proceeded to watch me struggle trying to hold my toddler & carry a huge basket of clothes while 8 months pregnant. I didn’t expect to pick everything up or else I would’ve had my husband with me but you’d think SOMEONE working would’ve at least asked if I needed help. Absolutely pathetic.

Don't expect loyalty if you work here, they are quick to wipe out all of your loyalty points when you leave. One of the managers also openly works while having COVID and not wearing a mask. APPLICANTS BEWARE

Store was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have many new items in the store as well as used clothing, toys and books. If you are going to sell here... CALL FIRST! I called 3x this week... the first time they were not buying, the 2nd time they were not buying, the 3rd time they were buying, but only 1 tote and only before 4pm. Needless to say, it's hit and miss. I was a little disappointed in what they pay for items. The buyer told me they enter the item into the computer and whatever price it says, they would give me 1/3. I did not receive an itemized printout of what they bought and how much I got for each, only a total. This was my mistake and I should have asked for one. I was curious, so I asked about some LuLaRoe leggings. She said they were priced at $3.50 and they gave me $.90... unless my math is incorrect, or I misunderstood her, that's less than 1/3! I took the leggings back, but left the other items. Overall, I received more than I would have donating to Goodwill, but much less than I would have received at a garage sale, yard sale or eBay. It was a convenient process, if you don't mind taking a little (a lot in some cases) less for items.
