I got the tradesman 2.0 . Worst boots I have ever worn!!! With in a month they started stinking so bad I had to throw them away.it was the material it was made out of something idk over 200 dollars for boots that were uncomfortable and stunk. never again will I buy redwing,I have been wearing a lot of work boots over the years and them were 1 of the worst I have had.!!!! Terrible

The old man is to rude in person and in the phone i called to times and he just puts you in hold saying you gonna have to wait because I'm helping a costumer and after couple minutes he just hang up. Try Brookfield store the owner is really nice and helpful!

My boyfriend and I came and ordered 3 pairs of slippers that were special order and we were told it would take about 1 1/2 weeks to get them. Ok, no problem. Over two weeks I call for an update and the man says they weren’t in but he knows the lady ordered them and will call when they come in. Another week goes by and my boyfriend calls for an update and she says oh well I know he ordered them and will call back with a status update. Another week and a half goes by with no status so I call again (over 5 weeks now) and they lady tells me the guy ordered 3 of the same kind so we have two out of the three….problem is she said it was a 12 and a 8 that were in. So if 3 of the same kind were ordered wouldn’t they have all been the same sizes? Needless to say we were tired of the run around and have decided to go elsewhere to spend $250 on slippers. Update: We went to Red Wing in Brookfield and the guy there stated he didn’t know why it was taking so long for the other store when the factory had the sizes in stock (lots). Update: After ordering from Brookfield we received them in 3 days!!! Avoid Greenfield at all costs!
