Bought a "Savage World" Thundercats figure from this place September 2021. It arrived with a broken leg. You could see the leg was broken through the bubble, so they knew it was broken when they sent it. Emailed multiple times, months have passed with zero response. Mint condition is NOT guaranteed. Avoid, avoid, avoid Edit: Only after I left this one star review did they finally contact me (like 10 months later) and refund my money. The guy had the audacity to ask me to remove my 1 star review.

Hands-down the best collectible store I’ve ever been to! Entire staff including the owners are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. At M3 toys they treat you more like family than a customer. It’s really nice because you can tell that they themselves are collectors and have a strong passion for it. Definitely my first stop for any collectible I need! I Would definitely recommend them to anyone who considers themselves a serious collector.
