Yes they do
They did not make my Valentine's 2delivery until the next day but they did refund my monies at which tim they still hadn't made the delivery and they told me to tell my girl not to refuse the delivery and to accept them anyway with an apology
I never had no problems with it they do very good service there raining about nice and if ice is that nice
When I was there 2 weeks ago they were preparing for Valentine's Day. They even have teddy bears to purchase with your flower order. Believe me you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED....love this place....
