NO, angle fish are fin nippers and will harass your betta fish and destroy their fins. jack dempsey are highly agressive and will also attack both your betta and angle. if you're going to put a betta in a community tank it should at least be 10 gallons with peaceful community fish. please research each kind of fish and their compatibilty before mixing them in a tank, espically if it might not be big enough for them
