Very nice quiet camp ground. Very nice an clean bathroom/ shower house. Nice walking trails and biking. Close to a nice beach. Only thing I have to say they could take a few trees out in a few camping spots so it makes it a little easier for backing into those spots.

Yes they do
I do not believe the bike trail (Volksweg) is closed. We were camping in North Overlook about a week and a half ago and saw many people utilizing the trail both on foot and biking in that area.
