I had my daughter's 8 the bday party here the other day and I paid for the flippin awesome package that supposedly included 10 jumpers along with frozen treats for each jumper and a month free pass for bday girl. None of my jumpers were given the frozen treats and bday girl did not get a pass to anything we paid almost $500 and the pizzas were so late on getting there I don't think I'll ever have a bday party there again.

I'm here right now, what happened to this place!? Carpet is ripping. Everything is dirty. Hot and stuffy inside. All the vending machines are empty and out of order. No one Supervising. Kids kicking balls to the roof hitting lights, which is knocking dust all over. Tvs all off. All foam squares are falling apart. Was going to bring the kids to the Halloween night but not anymore.

The kids have fun here but I just have to say this place is getting more disgusting every time we come. Wadded up toilet paper on the ceiling in the bathroom, grime everywhere. It truly is so dirty and gross! The bathroom stinks like urine, the floors are black. There was even dirty mop water in the front that looked like it had been sitting there for days. I never once saw a worker walk in the Jump areas... it was a free for all...

There's waaay too many rules for a place that's supposed to be a play place. Kids are limited to certain areas and their restricted from the main jump, adults can't play with their kids in any kid areas, etc.. Its lame and expensive. I won't come back
I think only if they are like in there teens but they dont take any responsibility because they do have you sign a waiver.

It expires I think after 3 months then you need to fill out a new one. Or rather update it.
We had a large group (50+) and they charged each adult $20. Not sure if that's a group rate or not.
We had my daughters 7th birthday there. I did notice several teens and they have separate areas for the younger kids. They even have an American Ninja Warrior course that looked pretty challenging!
If you know where sams club is then you are not far its the street behind that shopping center if you are going in from the freeway side the driveway is the 2nd left you come two and make a right it across from the habbitat store
