Order a hot coffee for myself and iced coffee for my husband. The young girl that took my order was very professional. She gave me my coffee right away so I only had to wait for my husband's Iced coffee. When I asked the gentleman preparing the orders. where you pick them up he just told me " I don't know I just got here". He could at least said he would check to see what happened but he didn't. He just kept preparing other orders. I had to back and wait in line to ask the girl about my order. She checked and told him what it was and said it had printed and offered to make it herself, but he told her he would make it. When he made it, it wasn't what I had ordered. Asked for 1/4 cream to the iced coffee. Gave me almost all cream and little coffee. I told him it was only 1/4 cream. He told me I can't hear you, so I practically had to yell it out. He told me he would give me the coffee and cream separately. I let him know he didn't have to do that, just add 1/4 cream. He ended up giving it to me separately. If you are going to work with the public, don't be so rude. If you can't act like an adult, maybe you are working in the wrong place. Wished I would have got his name. He might want to take some lessons on customer service from the young lady. She was great! Overall the starbucks is always great. Just that one bad apple.

Passed through before the grapevine and my fiance wanted her " energy boooost" lol wait time was more than reasonable and the workers truly and clearly went Challenge Accepted mode the entire time!! Thank you guys so much and BELIEVE YOU ME I will be swinging back by with my love for another! Cheers!!🤘🤘

Coffee calibration is so far off at this place I have to try and find something nice to say. But it isn't going to be about the coffee - dirty sock water coffee! The egg bites - they were great!!! Customer service was super at the drive thru window. The cashier was kind, friendly and cheerful. I had been driving for 3 hours and getting ready to go over the Grapevine in prime time traffic. I needed a great coffee. Maybe next time.
