If I could give a zero for the service I would. They’re fine in the greeting people thing, but man they NEVER get my order right. It’s been years and I guess it partly my fault for not checking the bag but come on! Not once have I gotten a complete order. So I decided, maybe it’s been a sign not to go there anymore and that’s what I’m doing. Today was the last time they rip me off, so long Wingstop. 😪

Customer service is good, but food ordering needs better accuracy. Had to triple check my order only to find missing items and incorrect quantity.

My chicken was raw from the new sandwich.I paid for cheese sauce, ranch, and honey mustard didn’t receive one of them. They should be able to put napkins and condiments that were asked for, coming from a fast food worker…

No, they do not. Nine in the Antelope Valley do. Only Wingstops in Los Angeles and you should ask each store whether they do or not
