Target is not the same as it used to be. It’s so messy in there. Clothes are everywhere not even folded. Check out lanes are never open. Bathroom is completely disgusting, literally feels gross just walking in there.

Our Highland Target always seems well stocked with my most needed items. Their customer service is stellar and I love the curb side pickup.

I don't know what is happening with this store but it is a complete mess, it is very dirty, full trash cans, empty and messy shelves, the truth is worse than Walmart, it makes me uncomfortable to come here, I have decided to take my business to another place, no I understand how other Target stores in other cities or states are better than the Highland store, Schererville, it's complete disgust

I would give 0 stars if I could...staff called me names I cannot list on here, when I called to speak to a manager to explain the situation she cut me off- told me she witnessed the whole thing (NO ONE WAS AROUND BESIDES ME AND THE 1 EMPLOYEE) , the manager then told me to F off called me a liar -and have a great night extremely sarcastically. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unprofessional. Don't even bother at this location anymore, it can't go any further downhill
