After fussing with the insurance company for 6 months and getting next to nowhere, our friends told us to hire a public adjuster to help us with our claim. She spent a good deal of time with us to explain the process, she quickly gathered all the information she needed to present our case to the insurance company and successfully reached a settlement that has enabled us to make the repairs we would never have been able to make without her help. Even a month after the settlement payment was made and she finally received her payment, she continues to check on us to make sure the repairs are coming along and if we are doing okay.
