Worst experience ever. I got a rocking recliner chair from here for after i had my son. I had an emergency c section and was in a lot of pain. They delivered the chair for when i got home. When i sat in the chair with my newborn son then reclined it the recliner went all the way backwards. I was completely upside down with my baby screaming and crying in pain for help. We had a very hard time getting me out of the chair and my stitches ripped in the process. It was so TRAUMATIZING. I told my husband i hated the chair and didn’t want it anymore. We called and told the company and they said they couldn’t do anything to help us. We complained to corporate and they said they would send someone to look at the chair. When someone finally came the repair man said that an important piece was missing that tightened a spring. I was so upset i thought this would change their minds about taking the chair back. But nope. It seems like i was stuck with their defective chair. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I will never do business here again and I will be sure to let anyone know how they do business.

I bought a leather recliner here almost 10 years ago. Spent $3975 on two recliners. Chairs to last a lifetime they assured us. I bought 3 year warranties which was good because my chair developed issues two years after purchase. It started making grinding noises and was very loose. They picked it up and did some major repairs, and returned it after two weeks. It went back to the shop two months later for more repairs covered under the warranty. Now, seven years later the remote is not working for the leg raise function. So I called the Customer Service Center and I got the Lazy Boy Treatment! It started with, "We don't stock that part anymore." To, "It's 10 years old, what did you expect?" And then, "Our technicians aren't electricians." Finally, "Our frames are lifetime warrantied, not the controllers." And that is how it went with Customer Service. "Thanks for NOTHING" So I ask you, do you think Lazy Boy stands by their product? No. Do you think they care about their customers? Based on my experience that's a resounding No. And I got the same answer from Lazy Boy Corporate just not as rude. So the moral of this review is Lazy Boy is in it for the sale. They don't care about you, or their product after the warranty. Shop around. There are other recliners, especially for the premium prices they charge.

Chairs with built in massagers, heated cup holders, power reclining, built in USB chargers, real leather, ultra comfortable. They’ve got em’, but you gotta pay for them. Only giving 4/5 because of their lack of options at lower price ranges.
