From the beginning to the end, poor communication and faulty equipment. Alex originally told me drop my vehicle off at 9am and my speakers would take a day to finish. So I dropped off and came back at 2pm to check the status and the front desk told me they just brought it back an hour ago. So then why did I need to drop it off at 9am? He then explains it would be ready by 9am the next day. He never said 24hrs and it was only that time frame because they didn’t start working on it until 1pm. Fast forward a couple weeks, not once but twice I bring it back because I’m having feedback in the radio speakers when I break or backup. Not once did I get a call during any of these issues I had to call them. I eventually took the vehicle back to the dealership where they diagnose and fixed the problem. Avoid this business at all cost. Over price, understaffed, faulty equipment and poor communication.

They have both viper and prestige there. I just got prestige alarm installed there on my 2001 Chevy Silverado and also asked for kill switch. These guys do great work! It has been a month since the alarm was installed and I have had no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend House of Sound Car Audio.

This place does it all at a reasonable price you can work with the owner to get what you need and when you need it I had HID lights installed in my Toyota very pleased
