I don’t know why I stop at this location I usually go elsewhere due to the horrible customer service (only stop cause it’s closer to home) went in today EVERYONE look mad so I ask was everyone in a bad mood and their reply was “yes”… after standing there with the teller he CLAIM he couldn’t help me so he sent me to another location 10min @4pm away in HOUSTON TRAFFIC 😡

Service are very slow. Not enough employees. They spoke Spanish to me instead of English. Will never used this location again. Really thinking about going with CHASE BANK…

I didn't know woodforest on Rowlett only had one customer, but I found out today when all three Associates spent 25 minutes with one customer while the line built up. Customer service should be throughout all your customers not just for one special person or persons!! I was very disappointed with the service today!!
