Friendly staff and excellent customer service! I have been to the UPS Store several times. The last time I went there I needed help getting documents from my phone to print. Ashley at the UPS store went above and beyond to help me retrieve my information and get docs printed. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. My mother also does business at this store and we always receive excellent service. Thanks UPS Store!

Placed a $600 print order. Did not receive notification that job was complete - which is fine. It was a large order so I gave it until the morning after to get completed. Went by the store 8:15am the store was closed. Inside was completely dark and the door was locked. Picked up the order today and asked to speak to the manager because now 30 pages of each packet I needed is no longer needed since the store was not open on time the day before. Owner, manager or whoever completely denied that the store was closed. Insisted it was some error on my end. Refused to compensate in any form or even offer a simple apology. It’s unfortunate because this was going to be a long term solution until our printer got fixed and I would have loved to do business locally. I will gladly take all my printing needs to SM or SLO. Pure greed and no desire to make things right.
