I was told that they would put me in a car Wednesday after receiving my reserved Tuesday evening from Hyundai dealer they end up calling me Wednesday at 4:30 no when they close at 5:00 telling me that I was being put on the list for Thursday Thursday comes around now I'm back on the list for Friday or Monday I called to talk to the manager Wednesday Doris and she would not even get on the phone she had the guy tell me she would have told me the same thing he told me not sure what kind of business this is but they are all sold out for Thursday and I've been on the list like I said since Tuesday how does that happen

After having everything prearranged (even having called the hotline first), I arrived at the location via Uber and spoke to a gentleman in the building. It was only he and a woman seated at a desk. I gave him my reservation and all my info. He asked for my license and then told me he needed proof of my address being accurate on my license. I showed him my cell phone bill as requested and offered my bank statement or my car loan statement as the second. I was told that I would need a second utility bill, an electric or water bill. I informed the gentleman that wouldn't be possible as the bills aren't in my name at my living location. He told me in what sounded now to be a very sarcastic tone "that's the policy. Nothing i can do." I informed him that there were no more ubers left and it would mean I had to walk 2 miles to get back to where I was staying and I am heavily pregnant. He offered what appeared to be a shrug and a sneer of a smile and looked back down at his desk. I did indeed end up walking two miles home. Wouldn't recommend dealing with this enterprise by any means. I think because they know they are the only rental option local, they feel they are entitled to treat people in any manner they'd like because they don't feel they have a choice. Honestly I'd leave NO stars if I was able. 👎

Everything was great, it's been a while since we had rented a car. But our overall experience was great. We arrived a few minutes earlier, me and my wife wait time was not long. The guy that waited us was very nice and polite, he did a (GREAT)......job on getting us in a nice vehicle. We will most definitely be back again...!!!!.......Thanks Enterprise..!!!

I had a reservation for a vehicle for Wednesday through Friday, pick up at 8:30 am Wednesday. They called me at 8:05am Wednesday morning to let me know they had no vehicle for me! They told me I would need to call around to the other locations to see if they had anything available! All the guy kept saying was "im sorry" and "there's nothing I can do". Never offered to find me another vehicle. Poor customer service.

Not sure. They have limited space now. They are building a new place across the street that will give them more room. Call. They may offer pick up service.
