The employee here was unhelpful. I said I needed help looking up a part for my car. So she put her hand on the mouse and then sat there in silence. Waiting for… my account ID? Car make model? I don’t know. I guess I was supposed to read her mind? After a long awkward silence, I mentioned what part I was looking for. Now she can use words. “I need your car year make and model please.” Oh, you couldn’t have said that before? Now I get to pick between 12 different styles of my car. I don’t know which one it is. She waits, hovering over the drop down. People are waiting. Maybe if she taps her foot a few more times and looks up at the ceiling, we can figure it out. Can’t even pretend to care. It’s my mistake for going to this location instead of the one on 33rd where they use words.
