Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is no doubt the worst experience I ever had with a rent-a-car company. I had made reservations a week in advance for a car rental to get me to a company event in San Diego. On the night before I was scheduled to leave, I received a message that no cars were available. I was supposed to leave at 8:30am the next morning. I called at 8am and they confirmed that they were indeed out of vehicles. I am not sure what the purpose of a reservation is if they can't fulfill it. On top of that, the attitude I received when I called was that they couldn't care less. This left me scrambling to go to plan B and is absolutely unacceptable. I mentioned this to the corporation I worked with and was met with shock. Apparently, this was not the case with others outside the area. This must be a local problem. Won't be using Enterprise anytime soon after this experience.

Very courteous & friendly. In and out no prob. But in Paso next to construction which is a mess, can't even get there easily.

I called ahead to verify my truck rental, Told me my rental was ready to pick up. They couldn’t come pick me up. I got a 40 mile trip into town just to find out I was on a do not rent list for a rental I got and returned at Paso ford a year ago. $1000 dollars for a taillight in which I didn’t break I turned the truck into Paso ford washed and free of damage. I was left with a sorry here call this claims department number. Left in the rain for the evening thank you enterprise.
