Brought laptap 2 days ago with a 30 day protection . Got home ,the mouse controller it would not calabrate . I reset it , and did trouble shoot . To no prevail , so i took back to exchange for another, I was given a refund ,and I asked, do I have to buy another 30 protection, since ,I have already paid for one ,with this laptop. I was told that ,if I brought another one there, that ,I would have to purchase more protection, and that ,I wouldnt be able to get my taxes back from my first purchase. So , they kept my taxes , in which was owed to me. I lost money with this place at no fault of my own. I left and went to bestbuy . My advice to you is, dont buy electronics from this place they are a poor choice.. it wouldnt surprise me if , they just resell ,items that they know are no good , just to keep your sales tax. And cost of protection. Go to best buy , they have new cheap laptops with a year auto protection .......

Honestly.. just a horrible experience. The lady that works there isn't really knowledgeable about certain products. Also she just has a rude attitude. The 3.1 star rating is too high. But it's a pawn shop
