Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth

The hotel is decent enough at $146 plus tax a night but probably not more than that. Originally booked one night but couldn't get through the plymouth phone number to speak a live operator. We wanted to add a night. It kept cutting the call off saying international calls were not allowed even though I phoned from Cleveland. After trying three times, I ended having to speak to an agent from the Philippines with a thick accent that I had trouble understanding and then it took her about 20 minutes to add one night. When she gave me a total it was $645 for the two nights. Whaaaaat? You've gotta be kidding me. Yep. That's not the price I booked at. So I had to cancel the reservation and start all over again. So I'm already not happy at this point. I booked online but never on a travel site. So the room is decent and it has all the amenities, is right off M14 and quiet and comfortable. Free breakfast. The floors were sticky in the bathroom and the bed looked like a 3rd grader made it. Not bad but not great. It's nicely decorated and has plenty of features.

Good Vibez Garage

Noisy pipes rattling in the wall kept us awake til 2AM on the top floor! Luckily the staff was very nice and switched us rooms quickly once we determined what was going on but they mentioned this was a known issue.... Get on it maintenance!

I didn't catch her name, but the morning shift gal was able to get us in early and get both of my rooms close together. She noticed a room type discrepancy and fixed it for us. She was also very nice every time we saw her. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. All staff members were great!

Big Money

The place was clean it was next to everything there's some good shops around it's in a remote area kind of country-like.... safe neighborhood close to the airport ,close to some nice small towns Plymouth Farmington Novi.... The place is quiet too. In addition, they have some autistic adults that help around the campus or site too. This is so great to see that the hotel employs these adults. My wife loved the hotel too. There's a great specialty supermarket across the street that can satisfy your cravings. We loved our stay. We included pics.
