My dad and I live near the Indiana line and have been going to games in Cleveland for 40 years. Stopping at the Maumee Outback on our way home has become kind of a tradition for us. 4 of us went there to dine last Saturday after the playoff game. It was our worst experience in all the years we've been going there. 3 of the 4 steaks were overcooked, 2 orders of shrimp on the barbie were charred and black and crispy. Waiter replaced the shrimp. Service was good, just really sub par food for a hundred dollar tab. This is the first review I've ever written. Was very disappointed.

Waitress was awesome did granddaughter bday dinner. Most of our food was burnt badly. Got there at 536pm food finely arrived burnt at about 755pm. My brother's food was not right he was upset. It was his bday also 83yrs old. He never eats out n we talked him into going he lives in Dayton. He was upset n I was so disappointed he said he'll never eatout again. This set my progress with him back. Man. They did adjusted the bill . Family tip waitress who serve us all alone and was so sweet. But food was awefull. Never seen so much food left on table uneaten cause burnt not cooked properly. Best thing was bread.. this mess up granddaughter bday party sad.

BEST TRANSMISSION

We had the most fabulous server Taylor B. tonight. She was by far the best server we have ever encountered. She had the most pleasant personality, not overbearing, checked in with us often but not to the point it was overwhelming. She constantly smiled and made us feel very welcomed. She had everything we ordered perfect and she didn't even give me a hard time when I ordered ketchup for my steak (which I know most will say that is a no - no) - When we go back we will definitely request her again. We spoke with Noah one of the managers who also was extremely pleasant and personable. By far this was a very positive dining experience. Great job keep being AWESOME!! :)
