Chris was very pleasant and personable. He discovered the problem immediately and made the necessary repair/replacement part. I am well satisfied. Good job Chris.

We had a technician out on a Friday for a clean & check of our A/C. Everything checked out except the two capacitors needed replaced due to their age. They were replaced with a single dual capacitor. The technician said all was good and we should be fine through the summer. About an hour after he left, the A/C was making a strange noise even when it was off. We immediately called Fry and they said he could not come back out until Monday. The same tech came back out on Monday, spent about 5 minutes looking at the A/C, and said the compressor was bad and we needed a whole new A/C unit. I was obviously dumbfounded and could not believe that this was just coincidence. We went from a fully functioning A/C to needing a new $6000 unit in 3 days, all of this occurring right after the maintenance was done. The technician insisted that this was just bad luck but it just seemed way too coincidental. We called the main office, and Fry had a more senior technician (Larry) come out that same day which we really appreciated. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue, as he agreed that something wasn't adding up. It turned out that the technician improperly wired the old jumper wire that went between the two old capacitors. This essentially kept power going to the compressor so it wouldn't shut off. Long story short, we did not need a new A/C. This wire just needed to be removed. We are grateful that Fry was determined to make this right and they took us seriously. That was great customer service. But this is a cautionary tale. If you don't feel right about something, please get a second opinion. If we would have just gone with the original tech's determination, we would have purchased a $6k A/C that we didn't need at all. Only a simple wire needed removed. We greatly appreciate the customer service from Fry and Larry!

Excellent company! Customer service is a top priority. All the staff members are very kind, professional, and fixed our AC issues quickly! Our place is very cool 😎 and comfortable now. One of few companies willing to work on trailer/mobile home. We are definitely going to be having them come out on regular basis to check Heat in fall and AC service in spring for regular maintenance plan. Thank you Mark!
