First I want to start off with our salesman Akondaye was great even though the way this dealership is set up he has a very small part in it. Overall it was an ok experience. Would be much better if they were not dreadfully slow. Had the vehicle picked out and negotiations done in 30 min and then it took the finance dept another 3 hours to do some paperwork. Wanted to leave a few times but I stayed because my wife liked the car. When they say all I have to do is go get your tag printed well that doesn’t take an hour and yet that is how long I waited. This dealership needs to do better on this aspect of it. No one wants to be there for hours on end. If it wasn’t for this reason I would have given a much higher rating.

The sales team at AutoNation Honda West Knoxville was very helpful, courteous, professional, and patient. After extensively researching various models, we had decided to purchase a new Hybrid CR-V or a competing brand/model to replace a vehicle lost in an accident. The automobile market in Spring 2022 was very seller-friendly, with many dealerships adding significant mark-ups over MSRP (sticker price) without adding any value. AutoNation took a very different approach than the competing brand and different from some other Honda dealerships. The sales team worked with us to identify the exact model, trim, and color that we wanted. They remained in contact with us while waiting for delivery. At delivery, the team spent several hours with us explaining the new technologies and features. This purchase represents my 8th Honda purchase. I have been very pleased with Honda and with the AutoNation dealerships in several locations. AutoNation Honda West Knoxville exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! Update October 2022: About 4 months after our previous purchase, we purchased another vehicle at AutoNation Honda West Knoxville. I needed to replace my 25-year-old full-size truck. I wanted a mid-size truck, preferably electrified (EV, PHEV, or FHEV). No viable options existed on the market for electrified mid-size trucks. When researching the mid-size trucks with traditional ICE powertrain, the Honda Ridgeline fit my requirements best. Fortunately, AutoNation Honda had the exact trim and color that I wanted in stock. I contacted the Sales team online and took delivery the next day. The sales and delivery processes went very smoothly. That represents my 9th Honda purchase since 1986.
