It's not your typical campground. I'd say it is rustic. Most everyone there looks like permanent residence. But the people I met were very nice and the park was quiet at night. I had a good stay overnight and the ladies in the office were very accommodating. I would stay there again if I'm ever passing through.

You cannot rent a trailer there. You can rent a small rustic cabin for a weekend. You can buy your own trailer and rent the land. You cannot buy/own land there.
Along with swimming pool access basketball swings and to Country Stores
This is an RV Park. To my knowledge there is only one mobile home and it is occupied. There are several Park Homes and many Travel Trailers, Fifth wheel trailers and motorhomes, Class-A, Class-B and Class-C.
You will have to call them directly for that information.
I lived there 2 years & I personally would not recommend PVP to anyone.
