This is one of my favorite stores to shop at. There are tons of cute clothes, footwear, and accessories to choose from. They have a Sephora's here as well. Also, their customer service is outstanding! I have a wonderful shopping experience every time I visit!!

Compare prices first. There have been multiple times where appliances were cheaper there than elsewhere.
You should be able to as long as you have a proof of purchase, like a emailed receipt or confirmation of order etc.
They offer a JCPenney Credit Card. You can get interest free financing using the credit card for custom window treatments, mattresses and appliances.
No they don't but the JC Penney's on Center rd and Court st. In Burton, mi does.
The jcp.com pickup is located on the first floor near the Photo Dept. A store associate will direct you if you inquire at the customer service station near Men's Dress Shirts.
