I don't think any of the meat is certified as grass fed or organic. Some of the fish is wild caught; most is farmed.

To be totally honest they had the toughest porterhouse and ribeye steak I have ever purchased in my life. My wife cooked them on the grill and she a very good cook and it was like chewing shoe leather. You end up giving them to the dog and it was like rawhide and they chopped on it for 5 minutes.

Yes they will the butchers there are great if you pick a cut of meat out and they don't think it's a good one for what you want the will tell you rather then just cut it. Either have you get another or they will pick a good one out
