Purchased a wedding ring online was sent the wrong size to the store I ordered a 7 was sent a 4. Was told I had to run a return and had to repurchase the ring. Was very irritated that I had to do that. On top of that then the lady helping me trys to upsell me the warranty. That got me very mad at that point. Then I had to come back a week later to get the correct ring. Never going through them for jewelry again. So they made me waste my time,gas and sanity Bec of error. Not happy. not a fan. wouldn't recommend buying here. Just lucky I had it delivered to a store if it had been to my house your company would of ruined my wedding day

Don’t offer people to apply for a credit card that’s hard to even make the payment. No app, and the site is always down. Also customer service is not great. She didn’t really care to help until she knew I was buying something.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought my wife a new ring for Christmas and it was 10% off. She went and picked it up after it arrived at the store and they did a return, and re rang it up at full cost. ($350 extra). My wife is not even on my account and should not have even been allowed to make the transaction without me there. I’ve called 5 times and even went to the store to straighten it out. The store tells me to call customer service. Customer service tells me to go to the store. They always tell me I can’t speak to a supervisor or manager. I’ve been hung up on while on hold twice. They always tell me that someone will call back, but nobody ever does. They won’t give me any contact info for the district manager. I would strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. Maybe somewhere they actually consider their customer experience!
