I will give 2 stars because they got mine right, but different story for my wife. The Doctor prescribed a medicated nasal spray for her. They called late and said it would be delayed because they had to mix it. OK It arrived a day after promise date. The prescription stated DO NOT USE IF SOLIDIFIED. Well it was solidified. The medicine was hard as a brick. We called and the person on the phone started talking extremally fast about how they had done everything correct on their side. Very defensive. If she had mixed the compound, shipped immediately the compound would not have hardened in 2 days. Then she defended the compound solidifying because we live in Florida and the humidity did it. So I ask, why do you service an area where your compound are rendered ineffective during shipment. Now she got real defensive and said they ship all over the US. If it is that sensitive it should be shipped in a nitrogen filled bag or with a lot of drier agents inside. It was shipped in a bag inside a regular shipping envelop
