This company is the worst...stay away. After Hurricane Ian we received an emergency $5000.00 check to get our drywall removed because of mold...it was co addressed to them. They refuse to send it back to us without a contractor estimates. Our flood adjustors appraisal ,none of which we have due to the backlog and the sheer number of claims. So please stay away from them and their main company Shell point mortgage. No compassion

Great question to arrive at an accurate assessment...you need to call them. I can tell you this...The were previously called. New Penn then became New Rez. Perhaps they are affiliated with PHH. Give them a call. Good luck 😉
