Joann's is as Joann's is. Today they were infested with Tribbles (I've been binging Star Trek recently ) at 2-6 bucks a pop! The Halloween stuff is out now too!

Yes. However, they let in a limited amount of people at a time. You may have to wait in line for a while. If you order online and choose store pick up, you don't have to wait in line they bring it out to you.
You need to call them directly and ask if they have a layaway plan. Call the store nearest you, good luck.
