Most of the staff is really nice, there are a couple that act not so friendly but it doesn't bother me. I love my doctor here! I used to see a different doctor here maybe three or 4 years ago & to be honest it was a bad experience. But now I see Dr. Moody. He is very kind, really easy to talk to, & always helps me figure out the next step with medication/treatment whether it be my depression, insomnia or anxiety. He doesn't treat me like a lost cause like a lot of other doctors have. He clearly is much more competent & just a great doctor. Always asks if I have questions @ the end of our appointments. I truly appreciate him & glad I finally have a doctor I can trust. Been seeing him a little over a year now.

My experience there was pretty ordinary. I never felt particularly cared for. I liked my doctor and she seemed competent. However, she left the practice and I only found out when I called about a different issue. I had an upcoming appointment and when they returned my call about my appointment left a voice mail telling me she had left and that they had been wanting to contact me about my appointment. I waited to hear from them again about rescheduling, but no one contacted me about actually rescheduling. Then, a few days before the appointment I was supposed to have I got a text about an appointment at a different time-- an appointment no one spoke with me about. It was not a convenient time but I knew that it could take a while to get in so I decided to try and make it work. Turns out it did not work, and I was about 40 minutes late to the appointment. So, I had missed it and they could not get me in that day. So, I left. Then, I got charged for a no show. When I called to talk about it, I was informed that they would look at the situation but their records showed they had called me about it (the message they left, I am assuming). They ended up not taking the charge away. It was my first time missing an appointment-- despite having had to wait for 25 minutes for my previous appointment (their time matters-- mine does not apparently). So, I am going somewhere else. It might be petty to leave over this, but it seems to speak to a general apathy and disregard of their patients on the part of the practice as a whole.

I got an appointment really quick for my mental health. The staff is even understanding to my needs.

The word "noetic" refers to mental activity or intellect; when one has a noetic experience, he or she gains insightful knowledge.
$50 a treatment plus insurance copay/uninsured office visit charge if you are uninsured, my copay is $50 so it was $100 a treatment, twice a week for 3 weeks. The results were dramatic for me, I had been receiving "treatment" for ptsd and suicidal ideation for over 10 years and had never had anything get me from feeling like I was just existing to actually experience life. I was able to do things I had always struggled with, like going to the store. The effects started by the second week and over 6 months later I am still feeling some effects, however I experienced a bad concussion as well as some other difficult life happenings since my treatment so I'm not sure how that has affected the long term effects. The only negative side effect I experienced was difficulty sleeping for the duration of the treatment and a couple weeks after that.
