Went to purchase sheets and a belt for hubby. No one in the home department. Had to go to women's wear to pay fir my purchases. Stood in line at checkout with 2 cashiers. One cashier had trouble with the buy one get 2 free sale. Had to enter everything by hand. I understand that. Other cashier had customer that purchased over 30 items for herself, her daughter and Granddaughter. Took some time, I understand that. The line grew to 6 behind me and the cashier that finished the buy one get 3 free left. Had other things to do. I don't understand that. What happened to customer service. My Belk card will no longer be used and I'm no longer shopping at Belk.

Not that I know of but go to the place next to belk either one I think does it but maybe have to pay. Not good with watches.
