As an average gym goer that wanted to try out a bodybuilder gym…. Man what an amazing experience. Not only was it great environment but it truly makes you go harder by just being surrounded by such beast. Truly the best bodybuilding gym in Utah!!! Can’t wait to go again !!

This is a hidden gem! I was made aware from my personal trainer Cameron @excellfitlife. This is a great place full of down to earth owner and good people. It's a place you can disappear and just focus on your workout and not feel like it's meat market like the much bigger box gyms. It is mostly free weights and machines and the cardio is limited in the number and variety but they have enough for you to not get bored.

Brand new member but I’m sad I didn’t find this place earlier. Not even a contest that it’s the most well equipped and convenient gym in Salt Lake. Friendly staff, no funny payment schemes or long recruitment speeches. Just a perfect spot to work.
