If you're wondering/considering if you should come to Karios just do it. My only regret is not coming in sooner. It's been such a great addition to my life. The people, atmosphere, and class content makes the entire experience so fun. A safe space has been created here.

I got my start with the aerial arts at Kairos back in 2014 and loved their variety of other classes too. A great bonus: the body acceptance and positivity at the studio. It was so refreshing to find new ways to move for fitness and fun, that I actually liked, and for women to appreciate their bodies, whatever they look like. I enjoyed classes there for a few years, but then haven't been able to return again until now. I'm so excited to see what's new and get back to some old favorites, namely aerial silks and belly dancing! Kairos is so good with beginners. Don't worry if you don't have the strength yet. You will.

Signed up with Kairos fitness to have fun while trying to lose weight! Kairos has a great selection of classes from stretching, body work outs to a variety of dancing. The instructors and other students are super supportive and encouraging. I love the feeling of being able to work on my fitness and have fun while doing it in a no judgement zone. I would highly recommend Kairos fitness to any one (even if you think you can't do it, give it a try). It's definitely worth the money :).

Blacklight 1 and 2 are the only pole classes that are 18 plus. My 13 year old niece goes to most of the classes here with me. Any of the pole classes, conditioning, intro, intermediate prep, intermediate, advanced, handsprings are all about the sport of pole fitness and strength training
Hi Christian, Absolutely yes! Your older daughter is welcome to take any of our classes offered. If your 12 year old can participate in class and follow along then she, too is welcome to take any class except Black light and chair dance ( they are 18 and older). If you feel that she may need a little more kid focused guidance we do offer a Kids of kairos 12 week term 3 times a year. Our summer term information will be available soon. Please feel free to call, email, or drop by during business hours for a tour and to ask any questions you may have! We hope to meet you all soon.
