Great store, friendly owner and employees. I buy and return a fair amount of products from Amazon and they are a quick on and out for those returns. I've not needed it, but they'll fit whatever you need to ship into appropriate boxes.

Horrible Customer Service. The owner of the business isn't worth the 1 star rating he gets on this review. DO NOT get your Live Scan done at the Box Shop. His employee entered the wrong information into my Live Scan paperwork and I had proof and still he refuses to pay the Live Scan fee to submit a new application. I can't imagine as the owner of a business, losing a customer over $80. Do not be fooled by any response he offers to this review. I would not trust doing business with the Box Shop if it involves attention to detail. Shop at your own risk.
