I'd avoid this location at all costs. Made a purchase over $100 paid in cash. Went in to return 3 of the items I purchased and had receipt in hand. I was told that they have a policy of which they require an I.D. to return. Store manager was extremely rude as to which I returned with the same nasty tone she was speaking to me in. Went all the way home to get my i.d and my husband went in and said he'd handle it for me. He was told they will not return at all now because i was rude! I work retail as a store manager and this is not the way you treat paying customers. Do not spend your money here! Cvs will always be my last option. That woman should not be managing a store if she can not handle basic customer service

I recently had an issue getting my son’s prescription filled. I completely understand things are out and everyone is busy but I was told his prescription was there then got a call it wasn’t. Then got a call it was. It’s very frustrating. The WORST thing about it is the woman on the line who answered was very nasty and rude. It’s sickening.

Terrible --- just transferred to Weis pharmacy. Have requested no auto refill numerous times, only to received calls that Rx is ready.........go to pick up, please drive around and wait in line again bc script isn't ready. Just a mess. Transferred to a different pharmacy.

I am amazed that there is never anyone at the registers. You are SOL if you need anything thats behind the counter. Sometimes you can hunt down the lone employee in the aisles pushing a cart. For some reason there is only ever one or zero folks working, and if there is one, you get to play hide and seek with them. Protip: look for the cart, they are nearby. Never had a problem with the Pharmacy. They give me my scripts, mission accomplished.
