I frequently come here but lately all the employees have been so rude. Customer service gave me an attitude about a return, and didn’t want to help me look up the receipt; I had to find the order number and look it up myself. And then the other lady at the front register didn’t even greet me or even say hello. She didn’t use my 30% off and just used my kohls cash. It’s fine, I’m just happy I’m not old and bitter to make a big deal about it, but hopefully management sees this and talks to their old and bitter employees
