Was overcharged for a smell of smoke in the room not caused by any smoking. When I called to speak to the manager and dispute the charge, she laughed at my complaint and refused to provide a corporate phone number and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I was still able to file a complaint with corporate office. I will never stay at another Hampton hotel again.

Do not by any means forget to lock your vehicle, even if you intend on coming back to it. You will get robbed. They stole my husbands tennis shoes, designer glasses, an open bottle of liquor, and about 70$ cash that was all in the middle console of our truck. Our bad for not locking it but just be on guard because theives are definitely going through the parking lot and you may be coming back to a ransacked vehicle. The lady at breakfast was pleasant, and our room was clean. The room I picked wasn't ready at 4pm even though check in was at 3pm. We were given a different room on a different floor.

Super comfortable beds and nice rooms! The staff is very polite and helpful always. The hot breakfast they offer is not that good and could use some improvement. We will definitely stay here again!!
