The disheveled, unkept employee is probably the only thing the gives this store a bad rating. He's rude, unhelpful, and can't get off his phone. He doesn't greet, even bother to acknowledge the patrons, and over the weekend I saw him try to reprimand and touch a LITTLE kid right in front of the parents. Get this guy out and you might bring in some more business. I love the outlets, my husband and kids love this place. But we won't go in if he's there.
