I have been shopping for my engagement ring for my fiancé for over a year now... And David Fairclough was one of my last stops in my search for the most perfect engagement ring! Let me start by saying that I am tall , kinda, of intimidating guy.... But from the very start the individuals here made me feel welcomed. I had such a great time looking at diamonds and different rings with Ms Rhonda, and she made me feel so comfortable!! I am a very precise man and knew exactly what I wanted to spend and she gave me so many choices with diamonds and rings. She even took me outside so I could see in the best light the color and clarity of my final choices of diamonds!!!! I seen some nice rings and diamonds at one other place... And was down to deciding between these last two places! The level of customer service here at David Fairclough is amazing.... So I decided on shopping here. I definitely made the right choice.... And I must also add we did not have a big time frame to get the ring done in.... As I kinda waited until the last minute to make my final decision!! But yet they still got her ring done! Will post a update after Engagement party with pics of her beautiful beautiful ring! Thanks alot to Ms Rhonda and everyone else here who helped us in making this very important day so special!!!
