This Walgreen's service is abhorrent. The pharmacy staff is extremely slow and unhelpful. The store staff is the same. I was searching for a vitamin that was listed on their website and after scouring the vitamin isle, thought I would at least check with the staff to see if they carried it and I just missed it. I waited patiently in the pharmacy line while the staff struggled to get two people checked in. In the end both people in front of me left in what appeared to be a flustered state. When I asked about the vitamin I was looking for, they pointed me to the isle where I had been searching. When I told them I had already been there and would just like to double check if they carried it or had it in stock they said they didn't stock that isle and called for someone to come help me. The person that was called never came and after waiting for 10 minutes I found a store employee and asked about stock, they told me they couldn't check if they carried something or if it was in stock. A store that can't check if they carry something or if it is in stock?! A separate time I pulled into the pharmacy drive through and literally had the window shade closed in my face. No communication, just eye contact and a closing window. I read the sign on the window that said they would be closed from 1:00-2:00pm for lunch, but come on, slamming the door on a customer without any explanation? Just take the ten seconds to explain the reason or go the tiniest bit above the norm and take the order to improve the customer's experience. Two strikes, I'm not going back for a third.

Used to be great for picking up prescriptions but drive through covid testing and people getting vaccinated has overwhelmed the staff. It’s august 2022, covid is over. People need to move on with there lives and find something else to worry about. It’s a Sunday morning and after trying the drive through and then waiting inside it is taking over 20 minutes to make a 1 minute transaction and pick up an already filled prescription. Not pleased.

An absolute joke of a pharmacy. There system has gone down multiple times within a year. When I call to ask questions there customer service is nonexistent.

Asked the manager lady if they had self serve Covid tests and she didn’t even stop walking just to say, “sold out” with zero respect and kept walking. Very unimpressed.

Looks like it varies by location, but at the Highland store these are the posted hours: Pharmacy: 9AM–1:30PM, 2PM–6PM
