Great selection. Could improve the transparency of pricing on items. It's currently primarily listed on the shelves but it's really hard to tell when the last hank of yarn has been moved to an incorrect location.

Very cute store. It's a big store with a geat selection. They have a yarn side and an embroidery side. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I had to come update my review to share my experience today. Me, my toddler, and my newborn ran in for 1 hook I couldn't find anywhere but here. We ended up picking out a ton of colors of thread. Needless today it was a bit chaotic. An employee got us a basket, carried it to the front for me, was suuuuper patient with my toddler, and extra bonus it was a ton less than I would have spent for the same items at a large chain craft store.

Hi Christine! It's Rebecca. We have some bunnka thread and rayon threads, but nothing Brazilian specific. We have a few customers who do Brazilian embroidery, and they usually are good with those.
There are times that the order can not go in immediately, or there can be issues with the company they are ordering from. The best thing to do is call them and ask for an update on your order.
I agree with Judy. NPJ is great place to start with wet felting. I was amazed how many crafts they support with books, supplies, and knowledgable staff. I really like the store.
