I enjoyed it. The waitresses were very nice, as well as the atmosphere As far as the food, well it was good and bad: The boiled crabs were very good but the stuffed crabs were dry. The raw oysters were good but the smoked oysters were very dry. They had a large selection of desserts, all of which appeared to be homemade. The one I chose was delicious: I'm sorry, I don't know the name of it. Our bill for two people was about $70, which I felt was too high. I didn't even come close to eating $35 worth of food. I estimate that I ate about half of that. I tried to eat our money's worth but failed. Lol I used to go there years ago when the price was lower and the variety of food was bigger.

I am never one to submit a review, but the food was just horrible. I have been here before and it was pleasant. I don't know what is going on now but all the seafood with the exception of the catfish (filet and whole) was over cooked. The shrimp were hard and the mushrooms would gag a dog. Get it together please. Watch what you're people are serving. My 11yr old daughter asked to never bring her back.

Our bouncy, smiley waitress, Kristen, was the perfect compliment to a delicious meal! She was super energetic and friendly, and while I may have rated the food a 4/5, she brought the review to a full 5. The only reason I would've knocked off a point for the food would've been that they were a little slow on keeping it stocked, and the batches of crawfish varied greatly in flavor (the first was a bit too salty and spicy but still good, the second was very bland and not good, but then the third they nailed it π), and the fried fish were pretty bland and dry. But they had a really good selection of food, something for everyone to enjoy, and my husband was super thrilled with the raw oysters included on the buffet. Kristen just really tipped the outing up a notch with her awesome attitude and service. Will definitely request her next time we come! Obviously, we plan to return π

All crabs are in season in Louisiana from February til December.
Right now snow crabs have been removed to keep from having to raise the price of the buffet from 25 up to 35, we sell them now for $5 a pound with an adult buffet.
$25 Per Person
I enjoy the crawfish, alligator balls, crab legs, frogs legs, and even their chicken is great. They also have an enormous desert section where you can find everything from cake to a sunday.
No discounts of any kind. Get there as early as you can!
$30 per person
They are only open on their own business hours... They will not open for any holidays which does not fall on the normal business days.
It closes yearly around Thanksgiving until the New Year, as the family who owns it goes on vacation
It can get very busy, but it is worth it, the best time to go is when they first open.
Yes! Plus raw and Rockefeller too.
