Ordered online to pick it up at the store. Sent my fiancée over to pick it up, we’ve done this before no issue. She finds a manager lanay and Steven to pick it up and was told to wait in line because it was busy. We order online to avoid the lines and every time, we went right up to the counter on the side to pick it up, but I guess they pick and choose when to follow rules. I recently stopped working at this location because Steven the manager wanted us to start committing fraud: if a customer didn’t want to sign up, Steven wanted us to keep their transaction up and try to get the next customer to sign up under the person who denied, and sign up for their own purchase as well. Sorry, but I’m not risking jail time over some candles. After that, I should’ve known I’d have issues. So I call the store to ask why she was told to wait because I worked there and on register and that was never the case to let someone wait in line who paid already, no matter how busy. I send her back in and all of a sudden she was able to pick it up even thought the line was still long. Incompetent managers here. The email even says find an associate. DOUBLE CHECK THAT THEY CLOSE OUT YOUR TRANSACTION BEFORE LEAVING THE REGISTER!!! And you do NOT have to wait in line to pick up an online order (BOPIS).

Before entering you must put some hand sanitizer on (They some provided which smells sooooo good). They also have social distancing makers on the floor and only certain amount customers are allowed in the store at a time.
