The facilities are well maintained. I feel that this is a safe area to live. A conveniently located train with several go to businesses nearby. for example a barber shop and 7-Eleven if you're in a pinch. The building is secured by code although I don't know that there is a actual guard . I'm glad this project has come to Wyandanch

Meant SUFFOLK county police patrol at night and is very quiet. There's a NYCB bank, a dominos, a beauty supply store, and a 711. Also I think a cricket store and the train station in back.
All depends where you want to live and depending of the area too.
