The absolute worst. This library is the only one still not open and have the audacity to ask for a 2% increase in budget. When the library was open it was the only library that open after 9am with staff just standing around. To many times i had to go to a neighboring library for assistance, in which i shouldnt if im paying taxes for a library in my own town. Ridiculous they need a restructure from the top down. To know better is to do better....
