They charged me extra to put a RUSH on my order, and not only meet the timeline but failed THREE separate backup pick up times. I came by with shirt and said I'd like it back Tuesday. They said Wednesday was doable and that they'd charge extra. I said, I leave Thursday morning. At this point, a professional company could have turned me away and said "that's not doable, we're sorry". But obviously that doesn't make money. So they said "Wednesday" but we charge extra for fast turnaround. Came by Wednesday at lunch because the order was marked as "done" in my account. They said "it's done, but it needs to be delivered from the plant". They promised to alert the plant and have it delivered right before closing. At this point, a professional company could have said "sorry, it won't be ready in time, we will refund the expedited up charge and you can pick it up after your event". (If you really want to retain customers you might even provide a nominal amount of store credit for the inconvenience of failing to meet a tight schedule). Came back at closing Wednesday, it still wasn't there. The woman at the front desk explained that the plant FORGOT to deliver my CLEAN shirt even though they requested it when I was at lunch and told me to come back at 5 PM Thursday. Again, this is where a partial refund or even an apology might be a good idea. But also I had to explain that I am leaving before noon on Thursday. So they said they would call the plant and have it delivered first thing in the morning. I came back Thursday morning at opening and not only do they still not have it but when they called the plant, the workers there had no knowledge or notes that there was a NEED to deliver anything first thing in the morning to this location. They were aware of a different customer that needed an order but there was ZERO knowledge that my shirt which was DONE on Tuesday needed to be here by Thursday. Again, no apology, no refund of the EXTRA I paid to have this done, and another time offered to come back and try and pick it up.

Very nice place staff seems well professional... But OMG they are so darn expensive brong them 2 pants that needed to be taken in and they charg me over $30 for each pants......

they're a higher end tailor business. thus likely to perform such alterations. give them a call.

No. Just try to get there at least an hour before closing. They're usually rushed at the end of the day.
